This is a 6 week online in-app fitness program which can be either tailored to home or the gym which is easy and super convenient to follow and be done in your lounge, garage, kitchen, bedroom or garden!
- It is a realistic and sustainable program which has 3 days a week of exercises.
- Each week you are challenged by the time of rest shortening and working time maximising which means you are going to see incredible progress over 6 weeks.
- Equipment needed is dumbbells, a matt, and a small bench or chair meaning this is super low equipment wise so if you’re beginning you don’t have to go out and buy ALL the things.
- Workouts that include tips on how to modify your exercises, video explanations, stretches, cardio workouts as well as your strength and HIIT workouts.
- Receive constant motivation and guidance from coach Annie as you will have her direct contact number! With weekly check ins, food diary check ins just to make sure that you are on the right track and getting everything you signed up for!
- Once coach Annie has made your personalised program, she will send you a link where you can download your app and start exercising!
