7 TIPS TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE A SUCCESSFUL CALORIE DEFICIT PHASE

7 TIPS TO HELP YOU ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL CALORIE DEFICIT ⬇️

✅ Stay Consistent - Workouts and Eating. IF you have a system, stick to it and try not to change it around too much. Your body needs to form a sort of routine/consistency in order to see what works and what does not.

✅ Log Meals into a Tracking app - Now if you do not want to use an app and are using hand measurements/or other methods then just ensuring that you are pre-planning meals will help guide you to ensuring you hit your calorie deficit.

✅ Focus on eating Volume Foods - This is going to keep you fuller gor longer as well as allowing portion sizes to be a little bit larger. Less higher calorie dense food and more volume foods!

✅ Protein - Ensuring that you hit your protein targets is super important for retaining that lean muscle that you have built whilst in a calorie deficit.

✅ Sleep - Prioritize sleep to ensure that you are getting enough recovery and rest so that you are energized and can give your calorie deficit a good run!

✅ Step Goals - Sometimes this is able to help people to ensure that they get in adequate movement during the day and helps raise NEAT Levels. This will help you in so many areas not just in your calorie deficit stage.

✅ Drink Water - This is not just healthy for the body but also consuming water will keep you a little fuller for longer too!!! 

These are only 7 tips, however remaining consistent with these above tips is the most important. Staying consistent and finding what works for you, and keeping track of what is working and what is not.
