I don't have time has been something that is a common challenge that's used in a phrase when it comes to actually priorizing your health and fitness goals. Not knowing that dealing with the negative effects of not taking care of ourselves will cost us way more time if we do not take it seriously.

As we can see, when we dive into this a little more we see that the time we think we don't have...is normally spent doing things we get absolutely no energy or happiness from, only bringing us down even more.
