HOW DOES IT WORK WHEN I HAVE SIGNED UP?
♻️When signing up, you are going to go through a short process of filling in PAR-Q documents which help me, as your exercise specialist create the best possible program for you. After that it takes 3-4 days to create this customised program where you will be sent a link to download the app. Once the app is downloaded you will see exactly how your training is going to be set up!
♻️There will be a PHASE 1 , PHASE 2, AND PHASE 3. But this is depending on the length of your online coaching. It is highly recommended to ensure you are able to commit to 3 months in order to see TRUE and consistent results.
