This Signature Series Booty Band is LIGHT Resistance.
It is a size large (42cm long). Ideal for beginners or intermediate people looking to tone and shape their booty and legs.
Inside the band, you will see the unique non-slip grips. These prevent the band from slipping or twisting - making them incredibly easy to use.
